Lao CSO Network - LCN (Learning House for Development) membership is open to all NPAs, both registered and unregistered. Benefits of membership include:

• Meeting/training room services and subsidized hire
• Opportunities to network with other NPA’s
• Priority access to capacity development events and networking events.
• Priority access to information from donors on new funding opportunities.
• Exposure visits to exchange experiences with neighbouring countries’ networks (within the ASEAN region).
• Access to small grants and loans for emergency situations.

Membership criteria:

• Membership is open to civil society organisations (including NPAs) who are involved in development work.
• Members are required to openly share information and resources with other members.
• Members should actively contribute to specific project activities and participate regularly in LCN meetings and workshops.

Becoming a user:

LCN also has low cost office space available for approximately 11 NPA’s. This includes two ‘incubator units’ which are small offices with IT equipment and further support provided free of charge to new NPA’s for a period of 6 months.  Space is limited but if you are interested in becoming an LCN user, please contact us.
